Cpl Recruitment are looking for an experience Talent Specialist to join an Engineering organisation. The role is Hybrid and the candidate must have Engineering or Data Science experience for 3 + years.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Partner with company leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements
- Influences and advise stakeholders on recruitment strategy
- Develop and maintain a strong relevant candidate pipeline.
- Attracts talent through effective sourcing techniques
- Provide an excellent candidate experience and serve as a trusted partner.
- Manage live roles from initial intake to delivery
- Daily use of sourcing tools and ATS
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3+ years’ full lifecycle Engineering or Data Science recruiting experience
- In-house or Agency recruitment experience required
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
