Our not-for-profit client, in Dublin city centre, has an exciting requirement for a TA Specialist, for a 3 month contract, with hybrid working on offer. The successful candidate will be responsible for management of end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions across the organisation.
Responsibilities Required
· Work closely with hiring managers to manage hiring requirements
· Manage end to end talent acquisition activities from writing job descriptions, to offer stage
· Creatively source active and passive high-quality talent, continuously building candidate pipeline
· Provide regular updates and feedback to Hiring Managers
· Gather and manage database of applicants and potential candidates on HRIS
· Occasionally participate on interview panels as required.
· Manage the post recruitment communication with candidates
Experience Required
· 2+ years’ experience working in Recruitment Coordination or Talent Acquisition.
· Relevant third level qualification in HR, or related field, with CIPD membership (highly desirable)
· Experience working in a fast-paced environment across multiple regions or departments.
· Must have excellent organisational skill with strong focus on attention to detail.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and strong team player.
· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database systems.
