Our client is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting. You will be partnering with one of our projects in in the Netherlands is the second largest supermarket chain in the Netherlands and Belgium with 70,000 employees and 750 stores
Act as an expert and team leader for our project team with 12 members; ensures process compliances, resolution of escalations; track and report project status regularly; contribute to process improvements with the objective to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments within the guidelines, policies and norms of the company
Your key responsibilities:
- Coaching, motivating, and developing team members
- Ensuring the technical quality of work
- Delegating tasks and responsibilities
- Conducting regular performance reviews
- Clarifying payment difficulties
- Developing and implementing efficient processes
- Reporting to the management
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Must have previous experience in a similar role
- Significant experience in Accounts Payables environment
- SAP knowledge
- Dutch speaker
