Position: Technical Lead - Supplier Information & Risk Management Systems
Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Technical Lead to guide a high-performing team in transforming supplier information and risk management systems. These systems are crucial in enhancing supply chain and procurement efficiency, and you will be at the helm of driving innovation and optimizing these core business processes.
As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing state-of-the-art, web-based applications with a modern and scalable tech stack. You will lead by example, promote innovation, and work within a collaborative, agile environment that encourages creative problem-solving.
Tech Stack:
- Backend: .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, ES6
- Database: PostgreSQL
- DevOps & Tools: Azure DevOps, Git, REST APIs
- Other Technologies: PHP (optional)
Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of designing, building, and deploying innovative features for high-impact web-based applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and refine technical requirements.
- Provide technical leadership to a talented team, ensuring the delivery of clean, high-quality, and well-tested code.
- Cultivate a positive, open-minded team environment that promotes innovation, continuous learning, and the sharing of knowledge.
- Ensure the team is aligned with the organization’s goals, driving excellence in both product development and overall team performance.
What You Bring:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 6 years of software development experience, ideally in large-scale or enterprise environments.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or technical lead role, guiding teams through complex projects.
- In-depth expertise in C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React, TypeScript, and ES6.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and a solid understanding of software engineering best practices.
