Our Technology Client, in Dublin city centre, has an exciting requirement for a Recruiter to join their recruitment team for a 12-month contract. Hybrid work on offer with 2 days in the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment of Technical vacancies primarily across Ireland & UK, with specific focus on Product Engineering/Software Engineering roles.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Partner with company leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements
- Influences and advise stakeholders on recruitment strategy
- Develop and maintain a strong relevant candidate pipeline.
- Attracts talent through effective sourcing techniques
- Provide an excellent candidate experience and serve as a trusted partner.
- Manage live roles from initial intake to delivery
- Daily use of sourcing tools and ATS
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3+ years’ full lifecycle Technical Recruitment experience ideally in a high growth tech environment.
- In-house recruitment experience (Highly desirable)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
