Role Overview
- Providing L1.5 level support for selected applications
- Solving technical problems and faults
- Supporting and advising users
- Compliance with service level agreements
What you should have:
- Technical know-how: Experience in IT support
- Problem-solving skills: Analytical thinking, structured working methods and the ability to solve complex problems
- Communication: Excellent German language skills (C1/C2), strong communication and presentation skills
- Customer orientation: Empathy, patience and a focus on customer satisfaction
