Your Responsibilities:
- Provide L1.5 level support for SAP applications, ensuring optimal availability and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems and faults efficiently.
- Support and advise users, ensuring their satisfaction and productivity.
- Adhere to service level agreements and maintain high standards of quality.
Your Skills:
- Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of SAP MM module and experience in user administration.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking, structured approach, and ability to tackle complex issues.
- Communication: Fluency in German (C1) for effective interaction with colleagues and users.
- Customer Focus: Empathy, patience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in roles such as Help Desk Technician, Desktop Support Specialist, or similar positions, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.
