B2B Sales Representative – Munster (Field-Based)
Location: Based in Cork with travel across Munster-Telecoms or ICT
Are you a driven sales professional who is interested in joining a fast-growing telecoms provider headquartered in Kerry. Our client has an opportunity for a Sales Representative for the Munster region to help bring reliable connectivity solutions to SMEs across the region.
About the Role
This is a field-based role focused on helping small and medium-sized businesses across Munster get connected with reliable broadband and voice services. You’ll be the face of the business in your territory — identifying new opportunities, building new client relationships, and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Prospect and engage with SMEs across your assigned region.
· Promote our clients tailored telecom solutions, including broadband, VoIP, and managed services.
· Understand each client’s unique needs and present customised solutions.
· Manage the full sales process — from lead generation to closing.
· Stay informed on market trends and competitors.
What We’re Looking For
· Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in telecoms or ICT.
· Strong communication skills.
· A proactive, self-motivated approach and ability to work independently.
· Confidence in dealing with business owners and decision-makers.
· Full, clean Irish driving licence (essential).
Package:
o OTE €60,000. This consists of a base salary of €40,000 base salary and on target commission of €20,000. Annual Performance Bonus Valued at €15K.
