We at Cpl are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive for an amusement centre based in North Co. Dublin. This position is fully office-based the ideal candidate must live near or be able to commute to this location every morning. You will be first point of contact for all customer queries but you will also sell membership bundles or days entertainment packages through cold calling into schools, GAA clubs and Corporates.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all Customers assigned in a courteous and professional manner
• Contribute to the maintenance of key performance indicators and metrics
• Be the first point of contact for any customer queries across the business
• Handle and resolve all customer queries, problems and complaints, escalating where necessary to ensure Customer receives a timely response with emails, Phone and Social Media.
• Manage all Customers assigned in a courteous and professional manner via telephone/email.
• Ensure all queries are logged and recorded daily.
• Handle and resolve all customer queries, problems and complaints, escalating where necessary to ensure Customer receives a timely response
• Filing, Answering all phone calls and general office duties.
• Establish and maintain an excellent working relationships with team onsite and immediate Management Team.
• Cold Call Sales to Schools, GAA Clubs and Corporates to sell our membership bundles or days entertainment.
• On site support for Operational Ground Manager.
• On site support for Sales Representative who is working the country.
• On site Support for Facilities Manager.
• Contribute to the maintenance of key performance indicators and metrics
Requirements:
• Min 3 years’ experience
• Ability to handle multiple demands and adhere to deadlines
• Excellent Telephone Manner.
• Strong attention to detail.
• PC Skills a must alongside Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
