About the Role:
- Lead sales for Orthopaedics, Shoulder and Mitek portfolio.
- Develop strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Focus on Leinster region with some travel required.
Responsibilities will include:
- Achieve sales targets using strategic tactics.
- Understand local healthcare market dynamics and competitors.
- Stay updated on technical knowledge and regulations.
- Engage in marketing activities to support company strategy.
- Manage and develop customer relationships to optimize sales.
- Provide technical support to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate territory records and reports.
Skills and Behaviours Required:
- Experience in medical device or comparable sales.
- Degree in life sciences or equivalent.
- Strong sales performance record.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Autonomous, analytical, and deadline-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Clean, full driving license.
