Cpl HR recruitment are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support a key client during a key transformational period. This is a key hire for a 2 year project, who can consult the business during a period of change and investment.
Role and responsibilities will include:
- Support the business during a period of change to ensure the people agenda is in line with the business needs
- Assess all risk during this time
- Consult with key stakeholders to provide the best advise and outcome
- Advise on areas such as talent development, deployment and ER issues that may arise
- Ensure timelines are meet and budgets are supported
- Guide and advise on HR guidelines throughout
Skills and experience:
- Degree in HR or other related subject
- Experience in HR change management is essential on a large scale
- Strong ability to develop strong relationships and influence decisions
- Strategic and logical thinking is essential for this role
- Be able to multi task across a large project
- Have flexibility to work on site for 3-5 days per week depending on the needs of the business
