Job Description;
Flexsource are currently recruiting an exciting new role for our Client, a family company, one of the leading manufacturers of precast concrete products.
My Client requires a Transport Coordinator to join their team, to manage the coordination of distribution across the UK and Ireland.
The ideal candidate for this role will have minimum 6 months experience in working in a transport department, dealing with drivers / Import & Export or customs processes in their day to day roles as well as directing drivers in their end of shift reporting.
Key Responsibilities;
- Dealing with Drivers/Contractors
- Uploading information and Data onto various Web Portals
- Coordinate with Warehouse and production team in relation to concrete distribution
- Fleet Maintenance Recording & Planning
- Building Relationship / Team Building
- Work as part of a team and working on own initiative
- Ad hoc duties as required
Key Requirements;
- A minimum 2 Years experience of working within Logistics / Planning
- Experience of dealing with Driver/Transport Regulations
- Good customer interpersonal skills are an essential part of this role
- Experience of using various Web systems & Microsoft Office Packages
Hours;
- Monday to Friday
- Shift Times 09:00 – 17:00
Pay;
- €35+ DOE
