Position: Travel Consultant
Location: Dublin 2, office based (No work from home option)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 (1 hour lunch break)
Job type: Permanent, Full time
Salary: Depending on Experience, 28,000 - 34,000
Responsibilities
- Dealing with customers on a day to day basis
- Helping customers with their enquiries, providing expert advice and recommendations on destinations and activities
- Communication with customers over phone, email; walk-ins (face-to-face)
- Taking and managing booking, payments, cancellation
- Communication with other departments and product teams
- Maintaining customer satisfaction
- Demonstrating flexibility resilience and keeping always positive attitude
