A Design UI/UX Strategist on our team is responsible for creating successful visual presentations, graphics and media that will appeal to a wide array of audiences.
This role will work closely with our Industry Value Advisory team and collaborate with our creative strategist and account teams to help presenters organise complex information in simple ways to tell their stories to the world.
This individual must be an exceptional designer, strategist and collaborator, familiar with evolving best practices and passionate about developing visual presentations that balance business objectives with great storytelling. The role requires a self-starter design lead who's collaborative, creative and passionate about the success of our customers.
Overall, you must be passionate about the power of presentation slides and pre-sales experiences to captivate and convince.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Define presentation objectives during the discovery process and decide which presentation formats and tools to use for the business challenge at hand.
* Visual problem solving - deconstructing complex information to simplify and abstract for easier audience digestion.
* Adept at shifting a concept between the whiteboard to sketch book to digital design application and AI tools.
* Process thinker that addresses design challenges and can clearly articulate a step-by-step approach for a final solution.
* Ability to deal with last minute creative direction and multiple rounds of edits.
* You own the process of design from concept to completion and implement presentation standards that reflect the Company's brand.
* Prioritize projects, communicate progress and deliver on time
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
* 5+ years of experience crafting and designing high-end presentation decks for C-suite executives using PowerPoint, GSlides, Keynote etc.
* Good experience on the Salesforce platform and an understanding of CRM systems and principles.
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent relevant work experience in a marketing, branding or agency environment.
* Portfolio of published work that demonstrates a wide range of work representing multiple visual approaches, techniques, target audiences and content types.
* Experience with UI design (eg: developing Figma prototypes) and UX principles
* Expert-level knowledge of design and presentation digital tools and passion for AI tools and productivity
* Deep understanding of best practices for persuasive presentation structures and storytelling to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences.
* Communicates well and listens to client and stakeholder needs to make the project successful
* Exceptional written communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills.
* Ability to meet ambitious deadlines and deliver high quality work on schedule, including quickly turning around concepts, designs and final presentations
