Warehouse Operations Manager – Dublin 15
An Irish based FMCG company has a role for a Warehouse Ops Manager to join this dynamic organisation to lead the warehouse team. You will have a seat at the management table and be part of strategy and decision making for the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Effective management of the Distribution & Warehouse & Production teams, including:
o Being a strong advocate and champion of company mission, vision and values;
o Communicating effectively with your 8 direct reports
o Development of team members, ensuring that they are fully and suitably trained,
encouraged and supported to deliver on their objectives.
Ensure that customer demand is met as per sales targets, verify where appropriate
Manage freight costs within budget, ensuring the regular review and evaluation of the costs of
transportation and services;
Requirements:
Previous experience in managing a warehouse or production team
Exceptional people management skills and a passion for built great teams
Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
