An Exciting opportunity to join a large and growing pharmaceutical site based in Dublin 15. This temporary warehouse position will be a Monday to Friday position.
The candidate for this position needs a valid forklift license, PPT license and manual handling cert.
The suitable candidate will be responsible for the below:
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor - the role will include all aspects of Warehouse Operations to GDR and GMP Standard
The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for but not limited to:
· The warehouse is kept within strict cGMP compliance and within set company standards
· To ensure that goods inwards are receipted and recorded as per SOP
· To ensure that materials are kept within rotation
· To cycle count stock on a periodic basis and notify the Warehouse Supervisor of any discrepancies
· To ensure that consumable items for Production/Packaging are kept in stock when stocks are low
· To ensure that shipments of finished goods are prepared as per SOP and checked against the dispatch schedule
· Ensure that the housekeeping of the warehouse is monitored
· On a periodic basis ensure that waste and waste materials are disposed of as per SOP
· To ensure that the Warehouse Supervisor is correctly informed of all relevant information in a helpful and timely manner
· Assist Production with the staging of their warehouse needs - raw materials and consumables
