Warehouse Supervisor works with management to ensure that the shipping area is appropriately staffed to manage work load; coaches warehouse personnel in shipping processes and maintains appropriate packaging, shipping materials needed to conduct business.
This position has the primary responsibility of shipping both inventory and non-inventory items. Ensures that the appropriate documentation and filing are complete for shipments.
Please note that fluency in German (C2) and English (B2) is required.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Responsible for on time shipment of customer orders, completing required documentation and entries into the ERP system and external databases (export) as needed.
- Tracks shipments, deliveries and orders using UPS, DHL and FedEx Online Software.
- Coordinate shipment of product to authorized sterilization company / other sub-contractors.
- Participate in process improvement activities
Skills and Competencies
- Fluent German and English
- Experience in managing a warehouse operations/team of warehouse operatives
- Good computer skills with experience using Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ideally you have used SAP before

Working Hours: Monday to Friday office working hours, flexi time between 8am and 6pm
