My client one of Ireland's most popular hotels is offering an exciting full-time opportunity to join our professional Wedding & Events office.
As Events administrator main responsibilities will include:
- Use of designated IT software Bright Biz from initial function inquiry, throughout the planning process
- Taking of dining reservations & deposits using Easy tables booking system
- Taking of Event deposits and completion of terms and conditions with wedding/event organisers
- To ensure any queries raised in relation to planning and organisation of the event /wedding are answered in a timely, professional manner, and any details, expectations noted onto the file
- To ensure that all aspects of plans and expectations for the wedding /event are clear , with professional handover for operational purposes on the day
Requirements of wedding & Events coordinator
- Minimum 1 year experience in Events organisation
- Well presented / professional attitude
- Good interpersonal / communication skills
- Good organisational skills - logical thinker
- Fluent level of written and spoken English
- Permission to reside and work in Ireland
- Previous Experience with Bright Biz preferred but not essential
- Must be available to work weekends
- IT proficiency
