Cpl HR recruitment are supporting a healthcare organisation in recruiting a HR Business Partner for a 4 day week position on a permanent basis. Based in South Dublin, this role will support multiple sites on all aspects of HR as part of a wider team.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
-Advise staff and management on all areas of HR
-Lead on ER and IR cases, while managing grievances and disciplinaries with the best approach possible
-Build good relations with unions and representatives
-Sit on interview panels for senior hires
-Mentor and guide more junior team members
-Continuous development on policies and procedures in line with legislation
Experience and skills required:
-5+ years experience in progressive HR positions
-HR experience in a healthcare, care or Not for Profit industry would be an advantage
-Working experience with Irish employment law is essential
-Degree in HR or other related subject
-CIDP qualification is required
