Job Title: Senior Project Manager - PPP & Capital Projects (Healthcare)
Location: Projects Office Dublin 7 (other locations in Ireland options)
Salary; €75,000 - €85,000 plus annual increments, mileage, expenses, career development, 35 hour standard week Mon - Fri, Blended working model
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide senior project and contract administration support for the design and delivery of Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects, including healthcare facilities such as hospitals and primary care units. This role also involves managing a large-scale national equipping and infrastructure project for acute hospital sites in Dublin, Cork, and Galway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the delivery of PPP projects from planning through to operations.
- Manage project administration systems and oversee the PPP contract management during the 25-year operations phase.
- Coordinate design teams and manage stakeholder engagement with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Supervise project delivery across all stages: design, procurement, construction, and contract management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, fire safety, energy efficiency, and maintenance standards.
- Develop action plans, manage budgets, and report on project progress to senior management.
- Address project risks and resolve issues promptly, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- A Level 8 (or higher) qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or Surveying (accredited by relevant professional institutes such as SCSI, RICS, Engineers Ireland, or RIAI).
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in planning, design, project management, or construction of buildings, preferably in healthcare facilities.
- Membership of relevant professional bodies, preference Chartered (e.g., SCSI, RICS, Engineers Ireland, RIAI)
Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in healthcare facility design, construction, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, including Health & Safety and Fire Safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Experience in managing complex contracts and delivering large-scale public sector projects.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to travel between sites.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
