Judith Romkes

Judith is Cpl's Global Talent Team Manager with 4 years of agency and on-site recruitment experience. She co-manages a team of 10 recruiters for temporary and contract roles and some of her responsibilities include team reporting, offer management, and placement administration.

She ensures great results for our clients and also delivers an enjoyable and transparent recruitment experience for candidates. Judith is also committed to her additional roles as a Great Place to Work and Mental Health Champion for the Global Talent team, as she enables and supports people to reach their full potential. She considers motivating her colleagues as a big part of her job and places tremendous value in creating a safe place for everyone to come and work.
