Account Manager
Our client, based in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, a new & rapidly growing Irish organisation are now looking to further expand, and they have exclusively engaged with Cpl to hire an experienced Account Manager to join the team. Their client list includes some of the world's most high-profile organisations such as Meta, Amazon & Deloitte.

The Role:
As Account Manager you will be a key part of the sales operations team, you will primarily be responsible for developing/expanding existing client accounts as well the sourcing of new clients & business opportunities.
Responsibilities to include:
Provide pricing/quotations for clients, analyse their specific needs, research & report on competitor offerings & market trends, assist on branding/marketing initiatives & deliver on your individual sales/KPI targets as set by management
Responsible for managing incoming inquiries, qualifying, and nurturing leads, and creating detailed project briefs
Overseeing the transition of opportunities through the quoting phase and aim to convert them into confirmed sales or active jobs
The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including production, finance, and warehousing, to ensure seamless project execution
Take ownership of issue resolution, proactively addressing challenges, and maintaining clear, professional communication with clients to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Skills & Experience that we need:
· 3rd level degree qualified ideally in business studies, marketing or a related discipline
· 2-3+ years’ experience in a similar sales and account management role
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with corporate clients at all levels of seniority
· Proven ability to self-manage and take ownership of sales projects
· A seasoned professional with a proven track record in B2B customer-facing roles
· Results-oriented with a passion for building strong client relationships
· Project and/ or event management experience
· Experience in working in high-pressure environments
· Polished communicator with excellent communication skills
· Strong analytical skills combined with a positive and energetic demeanour
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
· Possesses a growth mindset, high personal accountability, and a strong ambition to succeed.

The is a full time/permanent hybrid role, based in the company's office in Nenagh Co. Tipperary, with competitive salary base salary, and OTE potential. depending on experience/qualifications.
