Our client is a Global Leader in fund services, asset services and corporate governance that is looking to hire Admin Assistant to join their growing team in Frankfurt.
Your Role:
- Handling of day-to-day basic administration work related to clients closely collaborating with the senior team in Frankfurt
- Providing administrative and analytical support directly to the Managing Directors, Directors and Senior VP’s.
- Design, set-up and handle day-to-day workflows and the office administrations
- Prioritize and redirect mail and telephone calls as appropriate
- Assist MD and senior staff in monthly performance review
- Book all travel arrangements and complete expense reports
About You:
- You have at least 1 years’ of previous experience in an Administrative Assistant role within a Finance environment preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- You have a college diploma and/or university degree or educational certificate
- You speak and write in English and German fluently
- Strong oral and written business communication skills
