Position Overview
We are seeking a Vice President with strong project management and writing skills to lead and support the global RFP team. This role involves reviewing proposals, presentations, and analyses, while also managing your own proposal projects. The Vice President ensures high-quality deliverables in response to client requests, collaborating with various departments across the firm. A solid understanding of private markets (private equity, infrastructure, real estate, private debt) and strong interpersonal and project management skills are required.
Essential Job Functions
- Lead and manage RFP projects, ensuring content is accurate, high-quality, and delivered on time.
- Review responses to client requests, RFPs/RFIs, surveys, and client presentations for consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain a central database of responses and update content as needed.
- Train junior RFP team members and assist with industry surveys, ad hoc requests, and document management.
- Develop presentations and manage agendas for client meetings.
- Support various projects and analyses for the team.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance & business.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial services (private equity, private debt, investment management preferred).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with familiarity in Responsive/RFPIO and Salesforce preferred.
