As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our client's growth strategy. This person will have the opportunity to help build out the Business Development Department in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Focus on current partnerships/building new partnerships and understanding what the organizations are looking to achieve to help grow the accounts.
- Evaluate and improve business models including sales strategy and pricing strategy.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and refine the company's business development strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business expansion within the hospitality industry.
- Interface Product/Engineering team to align product launch and sales & operations.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers, expansion of existing accounts, and the development of innovative sales strategies.
Required Experience
- Fluency in German
- Robotics/hardware tech sales background
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Ability to develop new business relationships and drive strategies to grow those relationships.
- Proven track record of 5+ years of successful experience in business development, sales, Account management
- B2B Sales experience.
