CPL Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Business Manager on a permanent full-time basis, servicing Northern Ireland. You’ll enjoy a salary of up to £45,000 per year along with bonus and the chance to work with a fantastic team.

The role:

With a full copy of the job specification available on request, you’ll:

Effectively manage your territory in Northern Ireland, providing exceptional representation of the business, increasing profile and exposure of our client’s product portfolio.
Identify and target end users on a consistent basis, while ensuring your technical knowledge is up to date, to provide timely, accurate and concise tech information, and becoming a truly trusted advisor and provider our client’s products, while also maintaining a knowledge of your competitors and their products.
Build long term relationships, making those relationships sustainable while meeting and exceeding monthly targets and KPIs.
Create and maintain a relevant and up-to-date database using our client’s CRM system in an accurate manner.

The Person:

3 years minimum experience in a similar setting with proven experience in delivering against targets and KPIs.
Background in construction, fitout and able to communicate effectively with, and understand, the language of designers and architects.
Knowledge of commercial flooring will be an advantage.
Ability to keep abreast of competitors and their products.
Full driving licence and car to meet business requirements.
Be comfortable in a face-to-face role, no remote/home working.
Will avail of all training offered via e-learning.
