My client are looking to hire an administrator to join their buying team on a temporary basis. Candidates should be available for an immediate start and to commute to the office daily in Swords.
Role Overview:
We are pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Buying administrator within the support office team. This role will be accountable for providing ongoing product system maintenance and administrative support within the team.
Role Synopsis:
As Buying administrator your primary responsibilities will include the provision of data to assist the setup of new products in an accurate and timely manner. You will be tasked with ensuring suppliers submit set-up templates fully and accurately completed and that products are allocated across channels accordingly.
The role will involve the generation and management of PO’s, liaising closely with suppliers to ensure warehouse and in-store stock levels are managed as per KPI’s.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing various sales, systems and ad-hoc information reports as required, and will be tasked with participating in key initiatives and cross-functional activities. The appointed individual will be the primary contact with suppliers and internal stakeholders on goods-in and allocation of stocks.
Requirements
· The ability to build strong relationships with external and internal parties;
· A pro-active teamwork approach and strong communication skills;
· Task oriented with the ability to work to tight deadlines;
· Working knowledge of Microsoft AX, Retail Cube and Microsoft Office packages preferred;
· Knowledge of Excel with the ability to design and produce reports from data cubes;
· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to act on your own initiative;
· Experience in a retail business preferred.
