Cable Assembler, Wiring Technician required to work at state-of-the-art Manufacturer in Maddisen, our client is a leading provider of safe, high-output X-ray irradiators used in modern translational research. Their mission is to continually develop X-ray systems that help researchers globally to better understand radiation-induced effects in the sciences of molecular biology and cancer research.
Qualifications:
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. High school diploma or GED required. Candidates must pass a background check to the satisfaction of the Company. We are seeking candidates with a solid work record of safety, job performance, and attendance. Consideration is given to recent technical school graduates.
Responsibilities
includes the assembly, Cable Harnessing, wiring of panels and cables, test production, and software testing of our X-Ray cabinets to prepare for final inspection
Required Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, and organized.
• Prior experience using various electrical/mechanical & pneumatic tools.
• Prior experience with electrical preparation & termination methods i.e. wire stripping, routing, terminalizing etc.
• Prior experience with low-voltage electrical panel assembly.
• Able to Identify problems and propose solutions working with electrical equipment.
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
• Able to work with others (including standing-up for long periods)
• Able to follow both written and verbal cues.
• Prescribed safety equipment will be provided
• Must be able to lift fifty pounds.
• Must be willing to operate Forklift (training provided).
