The job: Content Manager, Experience and Ops
French OR Spanish speakers
Do you want to help shape the future of our client's consumer business? My client is looking for a Content Manager, Spanish OR French speaker, to design, create and launch the content required to drive growth at scale. In this role, you will empower the client's selling partners to improve product availability, costs, speed and sustainability for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Review business cases for program fit and manage the project proposals intake process
- Align with stakeholders on workflow prioritization and report on roadmap status
- Design and implement new automated workflows to drive growth at scale
- Work cross-functionally across the company worldwide consumer business
- Identify process inefficiencies and continuously improve existing workflows
- Lead the preparation and execution of new workflow pilots
Required Experience
- Fluency in Spanish OR French + English min C1
- Experience in retail, strategy consulting, digital or tech business
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from large amounts of data
- Previous experience in translation, account manager, e-commerce
