As a Content Moderator, you will be:
- Investigating and resolving reported issues (inquiries via ticketing system), such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content.
- Enforcing clients Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
- Using market specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users.
Skills & Competences:
- Are you familiar with social-media?
- Are you a team player?

Language Skills:
- Fluent in German (B2+)
- Advanced level of English (C1)

Location: Dublin 3. This is an office job. Shift-based.
Salary: 31,000 € + 3,000 bonus
Hours: 9-5:30pm, Monday - Friday (flexibility required for weekends and bank holidays)
