We are currently looking for Content Review Associates with German to join one of our clients. As business and customer base is growing, our client is expanding their Content Review team and looking for a detail-oriented, enthusiastic people to join.

Responsibilites:

·       Investigating and responding to inquiries within established guidelines and policies

·       Enforcing the clients Terms of Use 

·       Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and propose solutions

Requirements

·      Fluent in English and German

·      Customer service experience is a plus
