Location: Limerick on site
Type : Permanent, Weekdays (PT)
Working hours - Saturday-Sunday 9am-5:30pm (16 Hours per week)
Salary: 12.82/hour plus Sunday premium of 25%

Covalen is recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join our team, we are into Business Process Outsourcing and Managed Services provision across the world. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be supporting our financial client who is growing in the Irish market.
The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, the ability to multi-task, resolve issues quickly and have excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in an efficient and timely manner.
- Receiving inbound calls from customers answering various banking queries.
- Drive sales to achieve targets.
- Identify, convert or refer new sales opportunities to meet customer requirements.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Eager to learn and grown within the company.
- Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland and pass all relevant background checks.
Please note :
Candidate will go through a 8 week training from Mon-Fri (Full time) at the start of their employment
