Deals Account Manager
We are a brand-new team seeking experienced, motivated, and goal-oriented Account Managers to join our team. Your mission will be to grow our well-established seller base in Poland and help scale their businesses internationally.
This role requires a blend of sales and analytical skills. You will focus on onboarding and developing top-selling partners in the Polish market by analyzing sales and traffic data, identifying opportunities for growth, and guiding them through various marketing and selection planning activities to boost sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify high-potential deals to drive sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and schedule targeted deals and promotions on our solutions to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Monitor trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize deal structures and timing for maximum impact.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, inventory, and finance teams to ensure proper planning, execution, and measurement of deals.

Basic Qualifications
- Fluency in Polish and English (verbal & written).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in solving analytical problems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent negotiation skills and assertiveness.
- Ability to drive successful projects with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Motivation and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment.
- Highly organized and results oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- High level of academic achievement; a Master’s Degree is a plus.
- Background in retail, technology, eCommerce, or FMCG preferred but not essential.
