Cpl Office Support recruitment is supporting a global organization in recruiting a Document Control Manager for the busy area of their business for a Permanent role. This role is fully onsite in West Dublin.
Duties
- Track and report project costs, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and benchmarks.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and present summaries to senior management.
- Monitor construction cost factors and optimize project delivery for efficiency.
- Analyze and report on key project performance data monthly.
- Engage with the supply chain to assess their capacity and capabilities.
- Develop and maintain a structured onboarding program for suppliers.
- Oversee and report on project safety, quality, and schedule performance.
- Ensure sustainability targets are met and reported.
- Track and report critical project milestones to prevent delays.
- Lead client and internal meetings on project performance.
- Conduct weekly meetings with project managers across safety, planning, commercial, and quality departments.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Director and other leads to gather and manage data efficiently.
Requirements
- 7 years of previous experience in a similar role, within a Construction / Commercial or Project control environment.
- Background in cost analysis and/or document control is required
- Previous client-side management or project reporting experience would be an advantage
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency in the use of MS PowerPoint, MS Word & MS Excel is essential
