Engineering Clerical Administrator required for a 12-month contract in busy depot, Dublin 8.
The engineering clerical administrator will be responsible for all administrative aspects of the management of inspection, maintenance and repair activities. This contract is for 12 months with the possibility to extend. This is a fully on-site role. Salary will be €27-40K, based on experience.
The Candidate:
- Will have strong administrative/clerical officer experience.
- Will have great organisational and time-management skills, delivering results in an effective manner.
- Must have excellent communication/Interpersonal skills.
- Have attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Will work well as part of a team.
- Must have a working knowledge of SAP and Sharepoint.
- Will have strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
