Cpl Recruitment are looking for a Permanent Search Coordinator to join Public Sector Organisation. Must have Executive Search Recruitment Experience.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and tracking recruitment campaigns
- Act as a point of contact between different body's to support with shortlisting and candidate meetings.
- Produce weekly status reports on the progress of each interviews
- Maintenance of a contacts database for all key stakeholder contacts across the appointments process
- Researching general market trends in senior executive and non-executive recruitment and remuneration.
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in Executive Search
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Intermediate excel skills.
- Report writing/review skills.
