Finance Manager

I am working with a public sector body to hire a Finance Manager. This position is based in Dublin 4 and offers a competitive salary.

Candidate must be immediately available to start and have previous experience within the public sector and/or previous experience in a higher education institution.

Roles and responsibilities:

·      Key Experience in management accounting including monthly accounts and variance analysis

·      Preparation of statutory annual accounts for audit

·      Dealing with Comptroller & Auditor general

·      Budgeting and forecasting

·      Experience of finance risk management, procurement, and governance

Requirements:

·      Experience in integration of new processes, and finance and project management systems would be welcomed

·      Experience in a public sector or higher education institution would be a distinct advantage
