Financial Accountant - 9 month contract
Our client, a well-recognized company based in Cork, is seeking an accountant for an initial 9-month contract. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering timely and accurate financial management information while handling various finance-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing daily finance functions.
• Assisting in preparing monthly management accounts.
• Participate in preparation of Company budgets.
• Support the month end close out process.
• Providing financial support to other team members.
• Other ad hoc duties
Qualifications:
• Qualified Accountant with ACCA/ACA/CIMA or CPA exams
• At least 2 years post qualified experience
• Team Player but can work on their own as required
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Accounting Packages
