Embedded Systems Engineer (FPGA, DSP, Precision Measurement) – Basel Region, Switzerland

This company, with a legacy of excellence in industrial measurement technology, pioneers cutting-edge systems for ultra-precise current, voltage, and transient measurement in high-voltage environments.
Your Role:
As a key contributor to their embedded systems team, you’ll design firmware and electronics for next-generation measurement devices. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to bring projects from concept to production, solving complex challenges in signal integrity, EMV/EMC compliance, and system reliability.
What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (ETH/Uni/FH-educated ideal).
- Expertise in FPGA programming, embedded C/C++, and digital signal processing (DSP).
- Proven experience developing high-precision measurement systems (analog/digital design, embedded firmware).
- Strong understanding of EMC/EMV standards and compliance.
- A problem-solving mindset: self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about innovation.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
