About the Role
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring that every detail – from the plate to the glass – exceeds expectations. You’ll drive innovative strategies to enhance products and operational efficiencies while achieving financial success. What You’ll Do:
- Lead, manage, and inspire the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure all dining and beverage offerings meet and exceed Moxy’s high standards.
- Proactively drive operational strategies for product improvement and efficiency.
- Maximise financial returns by achieving revenue goals and managing costs effectively.
- Recruit, train, and develop a talented and motivated food and beverage team.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Create and implement menus and beverage offerings that reflect Moxy’s unique style.
- Uphold and champion the highest levels of employee and guest satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
- Passion for exceptional food, drinks, and service.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
