🔎 Are there any German Tech Support Masters out there ?
I'm looking for one to join a brand new company in Ireland (the company is existing already for a long time but just now kicking off their European journey by coming to beautiful Ireland) ! A forward-thinking Technology company that specialises in large Data Service & Management, and has their headquarters in Cork -- but you can work remotely in Ireland and just occasionally come to the office in Cork !
Every day you will 💭
- provide Technical Support via telephone, web, or auto support
- diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug products
- help your Tech Support team to become better every day
You'll get 💭
- a base salary of 65-70K plus great benefits package (including generous relocation support if wanted)
- working from the comfort of your home while occasionally coming to the office in Cork
- great promotion opportunities - internal promotions are happening rapidly
You need 💭
- native level of German
- previous experience in: Technical Support, including Linux configuration and administration, storage support, and SAN/NAS/NIS experience
