Cpl HR recruitment are looking to hire a Global Learning Manager for a multinational organisation for a contract opportunity. Working on a hybrid basis, this role will give the suitable candidate an opportunity to develop and guide on how best to deliver on this role, supporting Europe, the US and APAC. This may suit someone who has experience in the HR arena and also excels in technical learning platforms and design.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
- Develop and design videos and other platforms for training from currently created content
- Work with others to ensure training is fit for purpose
- Manage LMS and the admin associated with it
- Transform content into user friendly and attractive methods to use for the organisation
Skills and experience needed:
- 5+ years in a training or learning function that has supported Ireland
- Strong stakeholder management is key
- Excellent technical design skills will be essential
- Experience creating content
- Exposure to a multinational environment will be an advantage
