CPL Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Marketing Manager on a permanent full-time basis, based in Co. Tyrone with salary to be discussed at interview stage. Please note this role is solely based on-site.

The role:
With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, you will:
- Have responsibility for developing and executing a marketing strategy with the focus on business growth.
- Lead, manage and mentor the Marketing team, setting clear and achievable goals and objectives.
- Oversight and management of all advertising campaigns, website, literature, product branding, liaising with the Sales Team to keep abreast of the marketplace.
- Organise trade shows and events, report and manage marketing budgets, along with reporting to company directors on all marketing activities.
The person:
- Degree in Marketing or similar field.
- 5 years minimum experience as a Marketing Manager with excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
- Able to motivate and manage a team, present at board level and a flair for creativity and strong attention to detail with experience in editing, copywriting and proofreading.
- Demonstrable and in-depth knowledge of social and digital marketing
- Fully proficient in MS Office suite and Adobe Creative suite.
- Full valid driving licence and car for travel purposes.
