Content Reviewer - Hebrew (Dublin, Ireland)

Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve reported issues, including account support requests and potentially harmful content
- Enforce community standards by monitoring abuse reports
- Utilize market-specific knowledge to enhance user experience and find scalable solutions
- Analyze trends and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Fluent (C1-C2) in Hebrew, with in-depth understanding of Israeli culture and social trends
- Professional proficiency (B2-C2) in English
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong sense of empathy
- Resilience and ability to thrive in challenging situations
- Adaptability, critical decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective time management and task prioritization skills
- Proven ability to meet performance targets (KPIs)

Working Conditions

- Contract: Full-time
