Our technology client in Dublin city centre has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator, for a 6 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible to provide HR support to all staff in Ireland and UK. Hybrid working on offer.
Responsibilities Required:
- Responsible for data entry of sensitive employee information.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support global verifications of employment
- Maintain employee personnel files
- Support wellness initiatives and coordinate events.
- Administration of company benefits including healthcare, dental, pension etc
- Answer employee queries at any stage of employee lifecycle
- Other assignments and projects, as required
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a Human Resources
- Experience working in a technology company (highly desirable)
- Workday experience (Desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
