Our Multinational Tech client, in Dublin city centre, have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join their organisation for a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will provide guidance and advice to manager and employees, across EMEA, on any HR queries focused on Employee Relations, Performance Management, and probation queries. Hybrid working on offer, with 3 days onsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
· Recommend solutions to any employee relations related enquiries and escalate as needed to management for further investigation.
· Provide guidance on employee inquiries by interpreting policies and providing
· Maintain accurate employee records and metrics
· Collaborates with other centres of excellence
· Manage HR Inbox of relevant queries
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· 3+ years Human Resources experience
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Prior experience working in a centralized HR department or shared services organization – Highly desirable
· Experience with case management systems and Workday preferred.
· Strong professional verbal and written communications
