Cpl HR recruitment are looking for an experienced HR professional, for a newly created role in a HR and Quality Manager capacity. Based in Dublin city centre, the ideal candidate would have a background in the health or addition space.
Role and responsibilities will include:
- Provide guidance and overall HR support for the business
- Ensure the people plans align with the strategic plans for the business
- Consistency and compliance is key for this role
- Lead on all elements of HR to include, ER, recruitment, learning and succession planning etc
- Manage, develop, and oversee the Quality Management System.
- Oversee the maintenance and updating of all documents on the system
- Oversee Health and Safety for the organisation
Experience and skills required:
- Degree in HR is essential
- Experience in a senior HR role is required
- Experience and knowledge of Quality Management Systems is required
- Previous ownership of H and S is required
- This person needs to be understanding and a high level of care and discretion
