Cpl are currently hiring for a HR Executive to join our client's busy HR function, based in Ballincollig, Cork. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day Human Resource activities in a hotel.

Full Time: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities Required:
- Manage the daily operations of the HR department.
- Promote employee engagement through clear communication and team management.
- Support Heads of Department with recruitment, training, performance management, and team development.
- Oversee recruitment, including advertising, screening, and onboarding.
- Ensure new employees have all necessary documents and training for a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain up-to-date employee files and aim for a paperless HR system.
- Ensure compliance with training requirements and arrange refresher training.
- Advise on disciplinary processes and handle employee grievances, consulting the Group HR Manager when required.
- Submit weekly payroll to the payroll department.
- Assist with the delivery of group-wide HR projects in the hotel.
Experience Required
- Good understanding of Irish employment law and best practices.
- Great interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Strong leadership and conflict management skills.
- A qualification in Human Resources Management or currently studying towards one.
- At least 3 years experience of working in a HR role or HR department
