Cpl Recruitment are looking for a Permanent HR Generalist for a Standalone fully onsite position. The company is a Financial Organisation based in Dublin 2.
Responsibilities:
· Onboarding new hires, and offboarding processes, including exit interviews.
· Maintaining accurate employee records in our HRIS.
· Keep an up to date record of all leave to include sick/annual/study etc.
· Assisting with the administration of employee benefits programs
· Answering employee questions regarding benefits.
· Assisting in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
· Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
· Planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
· Acting as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns
· Assisting in resolving workplace conflicts and issues.
· Supporting the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
· Proven experience in automating HR processes.
· Strong knowledge of Irish employment laws and regulations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
