Cpl Recruitment are currently looking for a Permanent HR Manager to join a larger organisation in South Dublin. The candidate must have 4 + years HR Experience and Employee Relations Experience.
Responsibilities:
- Providing HR for the local management to help them reach their goals by developing professional HR solutions
- Being responsible for implementing HR measures and ensuring that all policies and measures are in line with current laws and regulations
- Organizing, managing and monitoring all HR processes along the employee lifecycle
- Providing professional support for managers and employees on HR related topics, including legal issues and conflict management
- Partnering with HR data analyst to deliver HR data and to facilitate business decisions
- Responsible for Employee Relations and supporting managers.
Requirements:
- A Degree in Business Administration/ Law/ Work Psychology/ Human Resources
- Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an international environment.
